Brian Corbett
President, CEO & Founder
Mr. Corbett co-invented EgressLiteTM fixtures five years ago, with the inspiration: If emergency lighting can be invisible until it's needed, designers and architects will be able to place fixtures where they will enhance safety while still maintaining the integrity of the interior design. As the current Assistant Chief of a Maryland Fire Department, Brian has experienced first hand the dangers of searching for victims in dark, smoke filled residential and commercial buildings. He also noticed the lack of effect that standard emergency lighting had in these situations. Utilizing his current design and future
technologies, Brian hopes to save lives by improving the quality and placement of emergency egress lighting in commercial structures as well as offering homeowners the same benefits with his EgressLiteTM residential systems.
